Who can sign OJT records?
The A&P on your shop's account, once their A&P certificate number and signature are saved in the account. Each sign-off is recorded by ACS category, building the record an A&P apprentice needs for the FAA.
How do apprentices find my shop?
Through your recruiting listing and the A&P Apprenticeship Finder, where students search for supervisors near them. While you're accepting apprentices, your listing can also appear in Google's job search.
